Jarosław Rokita

A graduate of the Medical Vocational study in Zabrze (1999), Higher Vocational studies at the University of Physical Education (2002) with the title of Physiotherapist at the University of Physical Education in Katowice (2004).

As a former sportsman, public speaker and an Ambassador of social campaigns I live consciously and promote healthy lifestyle that I practice myself every day.

I have over 57,000 hours worked with the patient and nearly 15 600 hours spent on the microcirculation system stimulation.

In my work with the patient I use the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy method as the basis (Kaltenborn-Evjenth Konzept) but I do not limit myself to this system. I use other manual therapy techniques if needed such as craniosacral therapy and the latest health technologies like shock-wave therapy or the subject stimulation of micro-circulation.

Definition and Origin:

  • OMT (Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy) Kaltenborn-Evjenth Konzept was developed by the International Federation of Manual
  • Orthopedic Therapists (IFOMT): Orthopedic - refers to dysfunctions of joint structures and associated muscles, periarticular tissues, as well as nerve roots and peripheral nerves.
  • Manipulative - movement techniques requiring fitness and manual and mechanical dexterity from the therapist. They constitute a fragment of physiotherapy used in orthopedic disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
  • Other Technics: BTL-SWT shock-wave therapy, classical transversal and fucal massage, stretching and auto stretching mobilisations
